Proposal: Let's drop i386

Hence, as I wrote, "hopefully [adding back i386 and armhf for one
final LTS] wouldn't be needed."

In any case, in my opinion, the final release to include i386 and
armhf should be an LTS release.

I suggest announcing, as soon as possible, what will be the final LTS
release that will include i386 and armhf. If 18.04 LTS won't be that
final release, then perhaps 20.04 LTS should be that final release.
