[kolla][mariadb] Multinode deployment fails due to bootstrap_mariadb or mariadb errors

Hi Doug,
first of all, many thanks for the fast reply.

the /etc/hosts on my "host" machine is properly confiured:
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1       hce03

# The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts
::1     localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
# BEGIN ANSIBLE GENERATED HOSTS
xx.yy.zz.136 hce03
xx.yy.zz.138 hce05
# END ANSIBLE GENERATED HOSTS

while the bootstrap_mariadb is attempting to start up if I check within the
container I see:

()[mysql at 01ec215b2dc8 /]$ cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1       localhost
::1     localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
fe00::0 ip6-localnet
ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
172.17.0.2      01ec215b2dc8

/G
