[nova-lxd] no one uses nova-lxd?

Looks like you can still use LXC if that fits your use case. It also looks
like there are images that are current here
https://us.images.linuxcontainers.org/

Not sure the state of the driver, but maybe give it a whirl and let us know
how it goes.
