For web development Quanta+ has made it possible to select your protocol for project upload for some time. In 3.3x it enables multiple upload profiles and allows you to view your upload tree in the right panel and drag and drop between local and remote projects (left and right tree). Making the protocol selectable makes it more visible, as sadly there is no indication in the file dialogs that this can be done.
