Yea, they've just simply become too big and are now moving slowly, losing first mover advantages they used to have. But, since they have the biggest market cap, they mainly just need to focus on providing the best software for their current users and making their current software better and more user friendly. So, while they are just reacting to what is going on, this may be all they need to do, since they have the majority of the market already running Windows OS.
