Re: Promise VTrak spare parts

Vilius,

I don't know if this is the norm, but I had to replace a power supply  
and a battery within the first three months of installing my VTrak and  
although Promise was pretty responsive (once I got someone on the  
phone!), I was very happy to have the spare parts in house.
