Blank screen rather than screen"saver"

  I'm supposed to be using the same config files with 4.0.6 that I've used
with 3.8.18. But, when the display suspends -- or I lock the screen -- I get
a screen "saver" display instead of a blank monitor. Please remind me what I
need to change to get the behavior I want.
