xfwm4 CVS checkout problem

Hi,

since last night there is something wrong with the xfwm4 module in the
CVS tree. I still get

cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for
`/cvsroot/xfce/xfce4/xfwm4/themes/symphony'
(/cvsroot/xfce/xfce4/xfwm4/themes/symphony/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/xfce/xfce4/xfwm4/themes/symphony'
cvs [checkout aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

All other modules are unaffected. Seems to be a problem with a newly
checked-in theme (symphony). Can s.o. fix this?
