right-click taskbar requests

did someone mention a few days ago about getting right-click functionality for 
applications in the taskbar? i'm on digest and missed if there was any 
discussion of that, so at the risk of asking about something that's been shot 
down, i'd like to second that request. it would be great not only to be able to 
close apps from there, but to move them to other workspaces.
