Menu shortcut

Hi,

Afet using WindowMaker during a long time, I try XFCE and I miss some 
keyboard shortcuts.

1. Is there possible to show XFCE menu with a keyboard shortcut ?
2. Same question for programs in the panel ?

I've read the FAQ and install xbindkeys but it's useless for my need.
