Desktop Menu

Hi all,
        I installed xfce4 a few days ago and I am quite impressed so far!  It
is quite fast!
        I have one question so far.  I saw a screenshot in the mailing list
archives of a desktop menu (like the "K" menu in KDE) but I cannot
figure out how to get it running.  What do I need to do?
