Alt+Tab + drag

Hi !

Maybe a stupid question, but is it somehow possible that the window switching
with Alt+Tab still works while I drag something with the mouse ?

For example I want to move a file out from the first filer window to another
one which is in the background and hidden by other windows. This is afaik not
possible, I have to align the 2 windows first .
