[Wine] Re: Can't get Steam to install

Thanks for the tips.  I will try to undo what I have done to wine (trying to 
get OpenBVE train sim to work, I think!).

I've just discovered that despite the error and 'premature' exit of the 
installer, the app still seems to work.  Haven't managed to download a game 
with it yet, but a battle for a different day, I think!

And you're right, I've put this question on the wrong thread.  Sorry.
