msi: Fix column width calculation.

A table from one of the subinstallers has a field
specified as 'i1', which native seems to treat as 'i2',
i.e two bytes at storage level.

setupapi: Add stub implementations of CM_Get_Device_ID_ListW and
CM_Enumerate_Classes

This patch prevents a crash and allows the iTunes installer
to run to completion.
