As Mark suggested, I've uploaded the most recent version to the Wiki's "Developer Toolchest". I already found & fixed some more bugs.

If you like, you can put it up on our wiki...  I didn't see an account
for you there, I thought that JIRA and confluence were linked.  If you
can't log-in/etc I believe you have to click on the "contact"
administrators tab to send an email...I forget how to get a new
account...
