More reporting features for Dashboard

Hi all,

The Web Dashboard now includes all the reporting features available in
the old (single project) web application (Test Details, Test Timing,
FxCop, NCover). These changes can be seen on CCNetLive:

If anyone is using the new dashboard reporting features and could test
these changes I would appreciate any feedback.
