See my message in ccnet-user. I would say that a build often *creates*
new files but doesn't often *edit* them. Certainly, if its *editting*
them and not checking them in then that sounds like a build smell to
me.

So for the case of created files, mark them as 'ignored' in source
control or use a 'teardown'. target in your build.

Therefore, SVN.GetSource() only needs to do an update. If necessary we
can add an option to do a revert later (or maybe that should be a
separate Task that can happen pre- or post- build)
