Hi Christopher,

I'm afraid I don't know much about the PVCS plugin, but I've had a quick look

There was a big patch made to PVCS which was associated with
http://jira.public.thoughtworks.org/browse/CCNET-25. Apart from
anything else, the 'Instructions' option is no longer available (so
the documentation is out of date)

Can anyone on the lists give more detail about the change that
happened to PVCS? If not, I'm tempted to roll it back.
