Build Server now closed for changes (was: Upgrading to a latest build)

Ah, I see! (serves me right for not digging deeper). For now, the fix
works without having to specify 'nologo'

Great!

I've spent most of today making some finishing touches to the *server*
code and documentation and as far as I'm concerned this part of the
tree won't change before RC1.

I hope to do the same for the web apps tomorrow and get RC1 out of the
door on Tuesday or Wednesday.

COMMITTERS - please ask me before changing docs or committing code if
you want to do anything before RC1 - thanks.
