Description:
Since CCNET-187, NAnt output is totally contained within a CData section in
the XML Log. This messes up (at least) the web page since NAnt errors are
not output properly.

Strictly speaking, NAnt is wrong since when you specify Xml output it puts a
plain-text (i.e., not enclosed in XML) banner at the front of the output, so
this should be (probably) be fixed as part of the NAnt plugin.

It is becouse of banner is always outputted to StdOut (if /nologo isnt
specified). We use XmlLogger for logging purpose and console for transfer.
Console is where it gets messed up. If we will use file (or pipe) it should
not happen and also could help with encoding problems.

For now, simple "/nologo" is enough :-)
