Summary: Bitmaps & icons in the wrong folder from the current binary

Initial Comment:
The two bitmaps and four icons that are currently in
the \lib folder should apparently be one level down
in the \lib\Bitmaps folder.

Applies to 2.0.3719.0

This is documented at Gabor Deak Jahn / Tramontana /
WiX Tutorial and a previous wix-users archives mail
but I couldnâ??t find it logged anywhere in bugs so
here it is.

Fair enough. I looked in open and closed bugs but I forgot
to look in pending bugs.
