Summary: IsolateComponent being created wrongly

Initial Comment:
The IsolateComponent entry seems to be generated the 
wrong way round.
It appears in the component for the shared DLL with a 
Shared entry of the exe name whereas it should appear 
in the exe's component with a Shared entry of the DLL 
name.

This should be fixed in the WiX 3.0 version of dark.  The
change will not be ported back.
