Initial Comment:
The AppSearch Element reference in the WiX.CHM 
notes "None" as the Windows Installer Referece.

An appropriate reference would likely be: 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?
url=/library/en-us/msi/setup/appsearch_action.asp. This 
is the link to the AppSearch action.

The compiler used to generate the CHM file does not 
support non-Table references into the online WI 
reference.
