When I double click on a wxs file on the project window, it 
gives a fast double beep and shows the following error:

"Input String was not in a correct format"

Actually, I just repro'd this. It happens when you have a file 
open with the same name that is not in the solution and then 
try to open a file that resides in a Wix project.

I can't repro this. It looks like this bug was logged when 
Votive was first released, so it's probably been fixed.
