In 2912:

If a WiX project does not load (for example, an
automatically-generated file is missing, when the
project is checked out clean from source control), the
context menu for the project does not allow the user to
attempt to reload the project.

If a C# project does not load, the option to reload it
is there.  And it flags missing files in solution
explorer without stopping the project being loaded.
