The binary WiX distribution contains "wcautil.lib", but
not the associated header file "wcautil.h". The same
may apply to other header files ("strutil.h" and
"dutil.h").

This one is still open. It should be pretty trivial to fix
this one, shouldn't it? Just include the files in the ZIP... :-)
