Summary: Error dialog displayed when selecting a file

Initial Comment:
A Visual Studio error dialog is displayed when selecting 
a file from with the solution explorer window if a non-
project file has been opened from within the IDE.  

The error dialog has the following attributes:

Title: Microsoft Development Environment
Message: Input string was not in a correct format.

Steps to reproduce error:

1. Create a wix project.
2. Add several files to the project.
3. Drag and drop a non-project file into the IDE to view.
4. Double-click on one of the project files from solution 
explorer and the error message is displayed.
