Re: DataGrid Binding Display Junk Characters: msg#00368windows.devel.dotnet.winforms
Hi, I think that because either 1. the .NET framework version is not 1.1 2. You do not have the latest Oracle.NET drivers. Check out http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4f55d429-17dc-45ea- bfb3-076d1c052524&DisplayLang=en Please note the following wrt Oracle.NET drivers. This release does not work with distributed transactions. For more information, please see Knowledge Base Article 322343. Observation : OracleClient DataProvider return Junk Vaues OleDB dataprovider return correct values. Conclusion : Better be aware of using OracleCleint Data Provider. Thought: Any new version of OracleClient Provider is available for downloads??
