You should be able to find some more descriptive error messages in the
Application Event log. Sort it by application name and look for the
application named w3wp on IIS 6. I can't remember what it was on IIS 5, I
believe it was something like aspdotnet_wp. Someone can speak up and correct
me on that one, because I truly can't remember.
