asp.net worker process

Hi list,

I've written a quick little page to show the aspnet worker process history
of when it has been shutdown and restarted.  I see a number of restarts
today with a reason of 'Unexpected'.  What kinds of things can I look at to
find out what is happening.  Every time the restart kicks off, my server
bogs down.
