If you are running on your localhost, you need to set the smtp server to
your ISP's smtp server. It is typically something like smpt.your-isp.com. If
you are running it at a hosted solution, you wil need to set the server to
the one provided by your hosting service.

If you can't find the proper adress, contact your ISP or Hosting provider
for more info.
