Regarding Hand Writing Recognition

Hello,
Does any one in group knows about WinCE Handwriting Recognition engine 
support for Europian languages like French, German, Italian, 
Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish etc.
If it is not possible with this engine please tell me some other way.
