RE: Installing on an MDA (T-Mobile Qtek 9100 like): msg#00011windows.ce.devel
It really seems so. The problem is not with the CAB file. As if five minutes ago I know what the problem is in this case. A version of DLL hell. For this particular device one has to install dlls to \Windows folder, like in previous OS versions. I was installing them to the same folder as executable.
