Maybe you're not searching with the right keywords?

Try searching for "Win32 threads" to see what you will find.

Here is one example of a link returned by Goggle:

You may also want to consider Paul Yao's Power Programming course for  
WinCE as he covers multi-threading and related synchronization issues  
in-depth.

Another simple thing to do is to search Amazon.com for books on the topic  
and then visit the publisher's web site for source code examples.  Of  
course, the MSDN covers the topic of threading in fairly good detail.
