Installing on an MDA (T-Mobile Qtek 9100 like)

I have a program that runs on many platforms including Win Mobile 5 PDAs. It 
installs and runs fine on "standard" PocketPC like devices, but I had now two 
reports from people trying to install it on an MDA like Qtek9100. Program 
installs, 
but when it is run the device reports "Not valid PocketPC application". The 
required DLLs MFC80U.DLL and the msvcr80.dll are installed to the same folder 
as the program. The PocketPC 2003 version of the program using mfcce300.dll 
can be installed and runs fine.

Can anyone point me to a potential problem/solution with the WM5 program 
installation?
