HELP !! visual Studio 2005 and MFC: msg#00111windows.ce.devel
I am trying to port my PocketPC C++ MFC projects to Visual Studio 2005. So far it is rather disastrous. The PC version of the code ported reasonably, but object browser (Alt-F12) often will give me only variable declaration, and ignore all occurences in other places. Porting PocketPC (or CE5.0) is completely unsuccessful so far. The major problem I have right now is that the CSplitterWnd class seems to have been completely elliminated if _WIN32_WCE is defined. I tried to include winsplit.cpp file that is actually supplied in my project, but this does not compile. Multitude of errors occur due to undefined symbols. Any suggestions? Looks like I may have to write my own splitter window code from scratch. Second problem that I amy end up having is that the CCeCommandBar seems to have vanished as well, but is substituted for by CCommandBar. The latter however does not have a data member that allows one to elliminate the [New] button. I cannot find any information on how to do that. Any suggestions on the above problems will be really appreciated. Thanks, Henryk Birecki ------------------------ Yahoo!
