Undeclared identifier

Hi,
   
       I am getting an error when I try to use VirtualCopy function. Even 
though I have defined header file #include <Pkfuncs.h> . Iam using evc 4.0 . 
May be the error comes because I defined my export function in C and not in c++ 
   
  for example 
   
  #ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C"
{
#endif 
 __declspec(dllexport) DWORD GIO_Init(DWORD dwContext);
  #ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif
   
  any ideas ?? please
