Windows WM5.0 Development

Hello All,

New to Portable Development.

I have an application to write for an HP iPAQ hx2490. The application has to
use TCP/IP to transfer small files. 
Anybody using NSBasic CE for this?

Any other recommendations would GREATLY be apprciated.
