mdb to cdb??

i am writing a GPS project which will run on Pocket PC (it is Mio168) using eVB 
3.0 
and i want to read a database file via this project from Pocket PC's SD card.
i want to,
- create a database file on Desktop PC (for example .mdb format)
- copy this file to PDA 
- read this database file via my eVB project..


But, i can't copy .mdb file to pda as .cdb format..

activesync generate an error, it doesn't convert mdb to cdb.. 

What should i do?
