Converting CF C# Project from VS2003 to VS2005

I have a Pocket PC CF C# project that consists of a class library and two
applications that reference that class library.

These build successfully under VS 2003 with applications targeted for
"Pocket PC Device". The apps and companion class library build and deploy as
they should on Windows CE including on Windows Mobile 2005.

Now, I simply want to convert this small project to be build under VS2005
and the Mobile 5 SDK. But, no joy.

The problem seems to be focused on the class library. I cannot add a
reference to the class library to the two "Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC
Device" applications. Attempting to add a reference to the class library
says "not a device project".

Any advice on coaxing the migration?
