to read datas inside eVB program

i have a problem like yours. but, i want to expand this issue.
 
is there anybody that knows;
i am writing a GPS project which will run on Pocket PC (it is Mio168) using eVB 
3.0 
and i want to read some datas inside this project from Pocket PC's SD card.
i want to,
- create a database file on PC (for example .mdb format)
- upload this file to PDA (do i need any converter on this step??)
- and to read some datas from this file
