I ran across someone looking for an EBay sniping tool. One that 
monitors a product and seconds before auction end, bids an amount. 
This process would be, bid, check, bid, according to threshhold and 
bid amount increment. I think the increment would diminish the nearer 
to the threshhold. The one who creates this utility would be infamous 
in the EBay community.
