I did find a few more problems with my runas script though...I will
upload as soon as I am done.

It seems when you run

run,%comspec% /c runas blah blah,,hide

The title only has C:\winnt\system\cmd.exe This means if there is
already a cmd.exe window open it could cause problems..Have an idea
on how to work around this?
