View List in AutGui

Help!!!
  I have an ini file that is formatted --- 

[report1]
haz1=12
haz2=45
pmi1=98
pmi2=24
esc1=56
[report2]
haz1=34
haz2=67

What I want to do is to bring up a autgui read only edit box to 
display the results of a question that would ask what report and code.

Does that make sense!
If anyone could please prode some assistance that would be greatly 
appreciated!
