Initial Comment:
IceWM 1.2.28 (compiled from source with
enable-gradients), Linux 2.6.13-oci.mdk/i686,
Distribution PCLinuxOS.

startMinimized function does not work.

I checked this problem with other user in the chat
channel. He compiled from sources, and re-installed it.
He has the same problem. Because that, I am reporting
now this possible bug.

May be the syntax changed, but there is nothing related
in the changelog.
