icewm-1.2.28
Sometimes icewm maps new windows so that part of them
is under taskbar.
I have configured taskbar to be on top.
The easiest testcase that shows the poblems 100% of
time for me is to launch sim-icq im program, select any
contact and choose "Floating on". This enables a
sepearate small window for a contact that is detached
from main window. This window is always placed under
task-bar and I have to use Ctrl+Alt+H (or whatever the
key binding is) to hide my taskbar and move the
"floaty" from under it.
