The IRC feed for strategywiki is at #strategy.wikipedia but it should be
#strategy.wikimedia just like other wikimedia domains: #usability.wikimedia,
#meta.wikimedia...

This is actually a reasonably high priority since this affects our ability to
monitor the wiki with external tools.
