I run webmin with WO on my CentOS boxes.  Admittedly webmin was  
probably installed first, but I've never had any problems with the  
two.  Webmin runs its own little web server so it doesn't usually  
cause any problems with the rest of the system...except occasionally  
something else that is heavily perl based.
