I did stop/start Apache and did not use mod_cache. Stop/start wotaskd and 
JavaMonitor.
Clear cache in my firefox.

Image appeared in my application and image link working as well.

Have idea or anyone has Linux(ubuntu) setup could have a try?
I did not use "Alias /WebObjects..." before WO5.4.3, is there any reason use it?
