zwiki for zope3 is a distinct wiki implementation developed and maintained for 
zope3 only (that is, you cannot use zope2 zwiki documentation but instead read 
the sources). anyway, if you installed zwiki for zope3 correct 
(http://svn.zope.org/*checkout*/zwiki/trunk/INSTALL.txt) you'll see an entry 
'Wiki' in the left column in ZMI; select it to create a new wiki...
